Terms 1) Custom work will only be done w/ a minimum 50% down. 2) As for refunds, we do not give refunds on any custom parts, period. 3) Any and all refunds are at our discrepancy. 4) We do not give refunds based on buyers remorse. 5) If there is to be a refund the part must be returned complete in bare steel as it was sold to you. 6) There will be a minimum 25% restocking fee assessed on all parts off of the product cost only. 7) We do not refund shipping costs. 8) We do not negotiate the above terms. 9) Anyone who wishes to use inappropriate language can revert back to clause #3 so think wisely before you speak. 10) We believe in treating our customer w/ respect and providing a good service and quality product.
